We recognize that the current traditional healthcare environment has an increasing number of mandates and restrictions. At Entiere Dermatology, we are proud to offer a unique opportunity to spend more time with our patients while providing affordable, transparent, and high quality care regardless of insurance type or lack thereof.
Are you a concierge practice?
No, we are not. There is no yearly membership fee.
Why not take all insurance plans?
At Entiere Dermatology, we continue to take specific commercial plans but not all plans. Traditional insurance plans have stringent requirements that are dictated by the government and insurance company rules without taking into account the patient’s needs and wants. This translates to higher overhead costs, increasing number of appointments per day, longer wait times, and a decline in the quality of care. The complex and confusing insurance system can affect the relationship between the doctor and patient.
Transparency
The traditional insurance system is mired with a lack of transparency which often results in hidden and surprise fees, which leads to frustration and confusion. Our direct care model provides patients the freedom of choice, clarity, and no hidden or surprise fees after your visit. Appointments are reasonably priced and fully transparent.
Occasionally, there may be supplemental fees for the time it takes our staff to complete additional paperwork or extra tasks required to be done on your behalf. We will always inform you in advance if there are any extra fees involved in your care.

What can I expect to pay for my visit?
Entiere Dermatology offers transparent pricing regardless of insurance type or lack thereof. We offer a range of appointments understanding that no one person, disease, or condition fits an exact mold.

Compassionate patient care is our highest priority and we make every effort to work with you.
Insurance can still be used for prescription medications, laboratory and skin biopsy testing, which are ordered directly by your dermatologist at Entiere Dermatology. At your request we can provide a coded receipt that you can submit to your insurance for out of network reimbursement. If your insurance requires a prior authorization (PA) for any medications, we work with several compounding pharmacies as an alternative. If the original prescription is desired, then there will be an additional fee to submit a PA on your behalf.
Pricing and Fee Schedule
New Patients
New Medical Consultation - $400
Minimum Required for all new patients for evaluation of new or extensive rash, acne, rosacea, melasma, hair loss, and all related dermatologic diagnosis
Includes medication prescription, monitoring, and counseling
Includes one minor medical procedure. *Minor procedures are defined as a shave biopsy (which does not include stitches), liquid nitrogen destruction, and intralesional kenalog injections.
New Medical Consultation and Skin Cancer Screening Evaluation - $450
Minimum Required for all new patients for a full body skin examination for screening of skin cancer
Includes evaluation of new or extensive rash, acne, rosacea, melasma, hair loss, and all related dermatologic diagnosis
Includes medication prescription, monitoring, and counseling
Includes one minor medical procedure. *Minor procedures are defined as a shave biopsy (which does not include stitches), liquid nitrogen destruction, and intralesional kenalog injections.
Established Patients
Medical Follow-Up - $300

Teledermatology
We are proud to continue to offer teledermatology care for only our established patients.
Medical Follow-Up via Teledermatology - $250
Only available for established patients for evaluation of acne, rosacea, melasma, hair loss, and rashes that have previously been seen in the office. New rashes must be evaluated in the office.
Includes medication prescription, monitoring, and counseling
Separate Fees
Pricing for procedures such as electrodessication and curettage, injections, acne extractions, excisions requiring stitches, and biopsies will have separate pricing depending on time and their complexity. We will always inform you in advance if there are any extra fees involved in your care.
